On Saturday, March 28, 2026, the Maher family hosted another successful “All Out for Ayla and Otto” fundraising event at Roundhead Brewery in Hyde Park, MA.

The event brought together a large community of friends, family, teachers, and medical professionals to support siblings Ayla and Otto. Guests enjoyed refreshments, games, and face painting while uniting for a common cause. By the end of the day, Amelia and Tim were left with full hearts and deep gratitude, uplifted by the incredible community standing beside them and inspired by the hope that lies ahead.

Thanks to their dedication and the generosity of everyone involved, more than $48,380 was raised in honor of Ayla and Otto for critical cystinosis research, bringing hope for a future cure.
